Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. Please arrive on time. If you are 15+ minutes late I will have to reschedule and charge a 100% no show fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of your service. Please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment you will be subject to a 50% no show fee and must prepay to rebook. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by phone at. I appreciate you respecting the policy in place. NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER.
